TyL Hosting Gaurantees your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with TyL Hosting's sevices, you can get a full refund.
New Accounts
New accounts will be created 1-7 days after being ordered. An e-mail will be sent containing account information to you. If no e-mail is recieved after the 7 days, you may apply again 7 days later (meaning 2 weeks after you first applied). TyL Hosting has the right to refuse hosting or give hosting to anyone who they deem deserving of the service. Only sub-domains will be provided by TyL Hosting. Hiatus
If a site hosted by TyL Hosting is going to be on hiatus, TyL Hosting requests an e-mail be sent to hosting[at]twirp.net with information on how long the hiatus will be, and why.
Termination
An account may be terminated at anytime without any warning. TyL Hosting is not responsible for file loss. It is your responsibility to keep back-ups of your site. If a site hosted is found to violate these TOS or abusing server resources, the account will either be suspended, or terminated.
Suspension
After an account has been suspended, the owner has 10 days to contact TyL Hosting by sending an e-mail to hosting[at]twirp.net If no e-mail is recieved, the account will be backed-up and then terminated. The files can be requested by sending an e-mail to hosting[at]twirp.net

TyL Hosting does not allow:
Spamming
Any spam sent by using TyL Hosting's services will result in suspension or termination of the owner's account
