We at TyL Hosting swear that we'll provide 10% Uptime every month, or your money back plus a card that says we're sorry for providing such a crappy service.
All Joking Aside
We can guarantee 99.75% uptime. We would guarantee 99.9% Uptime, but there are some "acts of God" that cuase us to slip into the 99.86% (this happened one month) so we want to give us some area just in case something out of our hands does happen. But if we do have less than 10% Uptime in some mysterious way, we'll send you a card with our appologies and a CD with a back-up of your site (because you'll probbaly want to leave).
